Welcome new students, faculty, and staff! If you're having trouble accessing your BMCC email, Moodle, Student Records, etc. you can submit a ticket at Please be sure to include a currently active external email address of yours (or phone number where you can be reached), like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, and so on. After submitting a ticket using the form, if you're not seeing a reply in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder for a reply. You can call IT to check on your ticket status by calling (906) 248-3354, toll free: (866) 967-2622 (BMCC) and ask for the Information Technology or IT department.

BMCC Personnel Policies



Employees can create their electronic timesheet from the Accufund Employee Portal.

Please contact Human Resources if you have forgotten your log-in credentials.

Employees are also able to view and print pay stubs for the current and previous pay periods, as well as view and print W-2 forms.


Travel Forms

Use PRIOR to travel to obtain a cash advance for your trip. 
Use this form to reconcile travel expenses when you return from your trip. Please enter your Professional Development Activities into BambooHR under the Professional Development tab (as we are no longer using Taskstream).

Business Meals
Use this form to substantiate business expenses for meals. This form gets attached to purchase order (if charged directly to BMCC) or a travel expense statement (for reimbursement).
This is the policy for business meals and meetings when not traveling.

This needs to be completed and turned in each time you attend training or professional development opportunities, whether traveling or remaining on campus.
Outside agencies wishing to verify the employment of an employee of Bay Mills Community College must send a written request, along with a signed authorization form to [email protected] or BMCC-Human Resources, 12214 W. Lakeshore Drive, Brimley, MI  49715.  Faxed requests are not accepted due to privacy concerns.
