Welcome new students, faculty, and staff! If you're having trouble accessing your BMCC email, Moodle, Student Records, etc. you can submit a ticket at https://baymillscommunitycollege.mojohelpdesk.com/. Please be sure to include a currently active external email address of yours (or phone number where you can be reached), like gmail, yahoo, hotmail, and so on. After submitting a ticket using the form, if you're not seeing a reply in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder for a reply. You can call IT to check on your ticket status by calling (906) 248-3354, toll free: (866) 967-2622 (BMCC) and ask for the Information Technology or IT department.
To meet requirements for accreditation and to provide accurate data for reporting, please log in to Planning and Self Study to record your Professional Development whenever you travel or receive training. This entry must be completed prior to writing off your travel. If you have forgotten your log-in credentials, please use the “Forgot login” link in the Watermark site.
Once logged in, you will see the homepage. On the right, click on the Faculty Credentials tab. Next select Edit My Faculty Profile. From there, you will be able to update your profile information and review submissions. To enter new training information, click on Professional Development in the menu located on the left side of your screen. Select Add New Professional Development to begin your narrative.
In the description textbox, please provide the total cost of the training, a narrative explaining the nature of the professional development, what you learned, how it will benefit you at work, and specifically, how it will affect student success outcomes.
