Students who graduate with a Web Development degree will possess the skills necessary to design, manage, and maintain a multitude of web technologies. Students will gain the skills necessary to interact with clients in a professional environment. Students will be equipped with the necessary skills to stay current in the modern web era.

"Overall employment of web developers and digital designers is projected to grow 16 percent from 2022 to 2032, much faster than the average for all occupations.

About 19,000 openings for web developers and digital designers are projected each year, on average, over the decade. Many of those openings are expected to result from the need to replace workers who transfer to different occupations or exit the labor force, such as to retire." (US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2024).
