The new Administration Building opened in July. Parking has been tight while construction continues. However, more parking space is now available. The new parking area in front of the Administration Building is marked off with yellow caution tape and the entrances are fully accessible. There is a directory posted on the main floor near the south entrance and all offices and classrooms are clearly labelled.

There are three levels to the Administration Building. The lower level houses a large conference room and kitchen to hold events such as graduation and can accommodate up to 400 people. The main level contains the admissions offices, student billing, financial aid, disability services, Registrar, TRiO Student Support Services, Student Success Center, general classroom, and science lab. On the top floor you will find the IT offices and computer lab, a general classroom, Charter Schools offices, Accounting, Human Resources, and the President’s Office.

The Soo Co-Op Credit Union has also moved into the Mikanuk Building in room 103 at the West end of the building. The Credit Union hours remain Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and closed on Wednesdays. Access to the Credit Union is through the East doors of the Mikanuk Building until renovations are complete at which time a closer entrance will be accessible.

All levels of the new building are handicap accessible with an elevator to move to each floor.
