Welcome new students, faculty, and staff! If you're having trouble accessing your BMCC email, Moodle, Student Records, etc. you can submit a ticket at https://baymillscommunitycollege.mojohelpdesk.com/. Please be sure to include a currently active external email address of yours (or phone number where you can be reached), like gmail, yahoo, hotmail, and so on. After submitting a ticket using the form, if you're not seeing a reply in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder for a reply. You can call IT to check on your ticket status by calling (906) 248-3354, toll free: (866) 967-2622 (BMCC) and ask for the Information Technology or IT department.
The library will resume normal summer hours beginning Monday, August 10. Hours will be 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. until the fall semester begins. Changes have been made to ensure the safety of library guests. We ask that you please review the changes prior to visiting.
All guests and personnel are required to wear a mask. Curbside pickup will be available for those unable to wear masks. Please call 248-8418 to request curbside services. Patrons are asked to use sanitizer prior to browsing collections. Anyone using the loft or downstairs spaces will be required to check-in at the circulation desk before use. Coffee and water will not be available to the public. Toys will not be available in the children’s areas.
