The BMCC Learning Center

learning center
The Learning Center offers academic assistance through a variety of teaching, tutoring, and assessment services designed to help students succeed in college.  Our goal is to support and expand the students’ classroom experiences.

Tutoring services are provided through peer tutors and professional tutors. Students are encouraged to use the BMCC Learning Center, in addition to the academic enrichment courses, to develop their skills in areas such as reading, writing, and basic math. The BMCC Learning Center is equipped with several computers, math & writing lab, and study area. Tutoring will be available for all courses upon request. The Learning Center doesn’t have to be scheduled or reserved; however, students should check to prevent conflicts.
