The Learning Center offers academic assistance through a variety of teaching, tutoring, and assessment services designed to help students succeed in college. Our goal is to support and expand the students’ classroom experiences.
Tutoring services are provided through peer tutors and professional tutors. Students are encouraged to use the BMCC Learning Center, in addition to the academic enrichment courses, to develop their skills in areas such as reading, writing, and basic math. The BMCC Learning Center is equipped with several computers, math & writing lab, and study area. Tutoring will be available for all courses upon request. The Learning Center doesn’t have to be scheduled or reserved; however, students should check to prevent conflicts.
Tutoring is FREE! Click on the tutor's schedule for available hours.

Calculate Your Grade Point Average (GPA)
This website is intended for your general
information. This is NOT connected with the Bay Mills Community College
Office of the Registrar or with your records in any way and will not
give you "official" information. These calculators work with information
that you provide and are merely a tool meant for your personal use.
The website below is intended to help you calculate your semester GPA.
College GPA Calculator: http://gpacalculator.net/college-gpa-calculator/
NOTE: BMCC uses the grade, quality points, and hours attempted to calculate GPA. Quality Points are counted as follows:
A = 4
B = 3
C = 2
D = 1
F = 0
If you retake a
course, do not list that course in the Cumulative GPA Calculator below
-- it will add it as if it is a new course
