TR iO 2007 Spring Retreat and Recognition Ceremony a Success:

 The Spring Retreat and Recognition Ceremony held April 26, 2007 at Bay Mills Resort was a big success. Rich Niemiec, former TRiO student who is now the CEO of TUSC, The Oracle Experts was our keynote speaker. Rich spoke about the dynamics of leadership and not letting your circumstances hold you back from your dreams. Other speakers included Mickey Parish and Diane Tremblay.

 FALL 2007 Registration:

 Registration for next fall started in April 2007. Please be sure to register as soon as possible if you have not already done so. Fall registration dates are August 21-22 and school starts on August 27 th.

TR iO Surveys

 Please fill out and return your survey as soon as possible. We value your input and feedback; positive or negative. This information will help us better serve you. We are busy making plans for next year’s events and your input is needed.

Fall Retreat

 The 2007 Fall Retreat has been scheduled for October 19, 2007 from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. This year’s motivational speaker will be Andres Lara known as “The Cuban Guy” who spoke at our 2005 Spring Retreat.

 The New York City trip is right around the corner! If you are attending and have any questions please call or e-mail Deb right away.

TR iO Transfer Students

 If you are not returning to Bay Mills in the fall and are going to transfer to another institution, please let us know. We like to stay informed on how our students are doing. If we can help or assist you in your transition please give us a call.

TR iO Staff Summer Schedule

 TRiO staff has started their new summer schedule. We will be in and out of the office. Please feel free to phone us, however, keep in mind that we are on summer hours.
