Fall 2005 Registration Dates:
New Students Only:
Now through August 19th
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
New and Continuing Students:
August 23rd 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
August 24th 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
New Student Orientation:
August 25th 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Classes Begin Monday, August 29th.
***Students that register late will be charged a $50.00 LATE FEE so if you haven’t registered yet you need to register this summer. ***
Trip to Grand Rapids was a fun-time:
Several TRIO students went on an overnight trip to Grand Rapids on May 24th
and 25th to see “Les Miserables” at the DeVos Performance Hall.
The performance was awesome! The students ate dinner at the Caribbean Grill
before attending the performance. The following day they went on a tour of
Frederick Meijer Gardens.
Mackinac Straits TRIO Trip:
July 21st : WCMU Straits of Mackinac Sunset Musical Cruise. Eleven TRIO students
will be selected soon to go on a boat cruise through the Mackinac Straits
and around Mackinaw Island. There will be hors d’oeures served while
listening to Tradional Music by the “Rythym vault Billies.” The
van will leave the college at 6:30 pm and return after the cruise. If you
want to take your own vehicle instead of riding in the van please contact
Deb.

TRIO SSS Student Survey:
You will be receiving a survey soon. Please make sure you fill it out and
return it as soon as possible. All students that return their surveys by the
due date will be entered into a prize drawing! Winners will be contacted.
Prize give-away:
The first person to find the word “vault/s” anywhere else in this
newsletter is entitled to receive a free one. Please e-mail Deb if you find
it (dleblanc@bmcc.edu). No phone calls or in person contact in order to be
fair.
